Changing the world one girl at at time!

Cultivating Confidence

In order for students to be successful in the 21st Century, it is essential to serve the "whole student."  Empowered to Flourish (E2F)  afterschool programs were designed to address the diverse social and emotional needs of students.

Our programs promote positive relationships and a more fulfilling life in school, home, and the community-at-large.

Our After School Program

Mentoring & Emotional Development

Girl Talk -
After School Program

Making Impact

This Girl Can program was developed to enhance self-concept by guiding girls aged ten to fourteen in self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-confidence. Equipping them to cultivate confidence from within, promote a positive self-image, and Grow leadership qualities.

#Goals:

The purpose of This Girl Can is to assist each Girl in learning how to truly love themselves by enhancing their beauty inside and out, by utilizing the skills they possess, and by understanding the significance of a healthy self-concept.

Teen Mentorship

Doing What’s Needed

Mentoring, at its core, guarantees teen girls that there is someone who cares about them, assures them they are not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges, and makes them feel like they matter.

#Goals

Girl Chat participants will learn strategies on how to use good judgment by making informed decisions by considering alternatives and consequences. Participants will not only practice self-compassion by learning how to be empathetic toward themselves, and accept and learn from their mistakes but also learn how to show concern for others, all while experiencing their emotions in a balanced way.

Registration is now open for in-person After School Girl Empowerment  Sessions
